What counts as a transform?
A transform is any image operation performed by the CDN — resize, crop, format conversion, blur, or sharpen. If you request ?w=400 and the CDN hasn't cached that variant yet, that's one transform. The cached version is served for free for all subsequent requests.
What happens if I exceed my bandwidth or transform limit?
We don't cut you off. Overage bandwidth is billed at £0.02/GB — significantly cheaper than most competitors. Overage transforms are £0.001 per 1,000. You'll get an email notification when you reach 80% of your limit.
Can I change or cancel my plan at any time?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing period. You can cancel anytime — your account stays active until the end of the paid period.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes. Annual billing saves you 2 months compared to monthly — equivalent to a ~17% discount. You can toggle between monthly and annual on the pricing cards above.
Is there a free trial for paid plans?
The Hobby plan is free forever and includes 20 GB storage and 30 GB bandwidth — enough to evaluate Spronta properly. We don't offer time-limited trials because we think a real free tier is more honest.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards via Stripe. Annual plans can be invoiced on request — contact hello@spronta.com.
