Questions
What is a credit?
Credits pay for the work the platform does — pages crawled and audited, JavaScript rendering, AI-visibility checks, and content drafts — not seats or abstract token usage. One credit covers 25 pages crawled, 5 pages with JS rendering, or one AI-visibility check; an AI article draft is 15 credits and its hero image is 1. Your monthly allowance is shared across the workspace and resets each billing period.
What happens if I run out of credits?
Pick a bigger credit volume on your plan, or top up any time: $10 / £10 / €10 per 1,000 credits, sold in 2,000-credit blocks. Top-ups bank on your workspace and are only drawn down after your monthly allowance is spent — there is no automatic overage and no surprise bill. On Free you can also just wait for the monthly reset.
Do top-up credits expire?
No. Monthly plan credits reset each month, but purchased top-up credits stay on your workspace until you use them.
What's in the Scale plan?
Everything in Business, sized to you: custom credit volume and page caps, SAML SSO, invoice billing, and priority onboarding with dedicated support. Email hello@spronta.com and we will shape the plan around your sites and workflow.
Are projects and seats really unlimited?
On every paid plan, yes — add every client site and your whole team without counting licences. Pricing scales with the crawling and AI-visibility work your workspace uses, not headcount.
What currencies can I pay in?
Prices are shown in USD, GBP and EUR — the page picks your local currency automatically and you can switch any time. Billing runs through Stripe; Scale can also pay by invoice.
How is this cheaper than Sitebulb Cloud?
Sitebulb Cloud starts at £95/month for 50,000 URLs a month with 2 seats. Spronta Pro covers the same 50,000 pages for £23/month ($29) with unlimited seats, scheduling, regression alerts and AI-visibility tracking included.
How does annual billing work?
Pay yearly and get at least two months free on your plan. Pro is $24 per month billed annually ($288 for the year instead of $348). The two-months-free discount applies to the base plan; any extra monthly credits you add stay at the standard $10 per 1,000 rate. Switch or cancel any time from your workspace settings.
