Is Search free?
Your first 10,000 requests per workspace each month are free. Additional requests cost $0.40 per 1,000, charged in 25-request batches. You don’t need Answers or Analytics to use Search.
How does annual billing work?
Commit to a monthly usage level for 12 months and save 20% on the full price, not just the minimum. Pay upfront for the year. Your allowance resets monthly; usage above your commitment is billed monthly at the same discounted unit rates.
Do I need all four products?
Nope. Choose just the products you need. Each product is priced separately, so you’re not paying for tools you don’t need.
Do you charge for seats?
No per-seat fees on any plan, including Free. Bring your whole team. Your price won’t change.
Can I use Spronta on more than one website?
Yes. Every plan, including Free, includes unlimited sites. Your 10,000 free monthly Search requests are shared across your workspace, not per site.
What happens when I go over the included usage?
Search includes 10,000 free monthly requests, then $0.40 per 1,000. Answers starts at $19/month for 1,000 answers, then $0.02 each. Analytics starts at $29/month for 100,000 pageviews, then $1 per 10,000. The sliders show your estimated monthly price at the selected usage.
Is content feedback included?
Yes, with Content Analytics. Add ratings or a “was this helpful?” widget to learn what’s landing, and what needs a little love. They aren’t included with free Search.
Do I need a card to start with Search?
No. Your workspace gets 10,000 free Search requests every month, no card needed. Search beyond that allowance is paid.
What counts as an AI answer?
One AI-generated reply counts as one answer. A conversation might use a few. Failed generations don’t count.
How is SEO Radar priced?
From $15/month for 5,000 pages, then $2 per 1,000. Each checked URL in a saved report counts once, including broken or unreachable pages and JavaScript-rendered pages. Recrawls count again. Platform failures without a saved report are free. Scans pause at your monthly hard limit. Crawlie stays free to run locally.
What counts as a pageview?
One tracked page visit. Reading, scrolling and leaving feedback don’t add extra pageviews. Additional pageviews are priced proportionally, rounded to cents on your monthly total.
Do I need to change my website?
No. You’ve put work into your website. Keep it. Add a small Spronta snippet, connect your content and make the widget your own.
