Talk to usA transform is any image operation performed by the CDN — resize, crop, format conversion, blur, or sharpen. If you request ?w=400 and the CDN hasn't cached that variant yet, that's one transform. The cached version is served for free for all subsequent requests.
We don't cut you off. Overage bandwidth is billed at £0.02/GB — significantly cheaper than most competitors. Overage transforms are £0.001 per 1,000. You'll get an email notification when you reach 80% of your limit.
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing period. You can cancel anytime — your account stays active until the end of the paid period.
Yes. Annual billing saves you 2 months compared to monthly — equivalent to a ~17% discount. You can toggle between monthly and annual on the pricing cards above.
The Hobby plan is free forever and includes 20 GB storage and 30 GB bandwidth — enough to evaluate Spronta properly. We don't offer time-limited trials because we think a real free tier is more honest.
