End User License Agreement
Last updated: 12 July 2026
This End User License Agreement ("EULA") governs your use of Spronta's integrations and applications — software that connects the Spronta service to third-party platforms, such as the Spronta integration for Vercel (each an "Integration") — provided by Spronta Ltd ("Spronta", "we", "us", or "our").
This EULA supplements our Terms of Service, which are incorporated by reference and govern your use of the Spronta service as a whole. If this EULA and the Terms conflict regarding an Integration, this EULA prevails for that Integration. By installing or using an Integration, you agree to both.
Open-source software is separate. The Spronta CLI, MCP server, and desktop app are free software under the MIT License; their use is governed by that license, not this EULA. This EULA covers hosted Integrations that connect Spronta Cloud to third-party platforms.
1. License
Subject to this EULA and the Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Integrations in connection with your use of the Spronta service, for your internal business purposes.
2. Third-party platforms
Integrations connect Spronta to platforms we do not control (for example, Vercel). Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability, behaviour, or changes to their APIs. Installing an Integration authorises Spronta to access the third-party platform on your behalf, limited to the permissions shown when you install it.
3. What an Integration accesses
Each Integration states, before you connect it, exactly what it can do — both in the third-party platform's consent screen and on the plugin's card inside Spronta. For example, the Vercel Integration reads your project list (so you can choose a project to watch) and receives deployment events; it does not read your code, deployments, or environment variables, and it does not write to your Vercel account.
Credentials issued by third-party platforms are encrypted at rest and used only to provide the Integration's stated functionality. We handle personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. Disconnecting an Integration deactivates its access, and anything the Integration provisioned on the third-party platform is removed where the platform allows it.
4. Restrictions
You must not:
- use an Integration to violate the third-party platform's terms or applicable law;
- reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of an Integration, except where such rights cannot be excluded by law;
- resell, sublicense, or provide an Integration to third parties as a standalone service;
- use an Integration to access accounts or data you are not authorised to access;
- interfere with or disrupt the operation of an Integration or the platforms it connects to.
5. Updates and changes
We may update, modify, or discontinue an Integration at any time. Where a change materially reduces an Integration's functionality, we will use reasonable efforts to notify affected users in advance.
6. Termination
You may stop using an Integration at any time by disconnecting it in Spronta or removing it from the third-party platform. We may suspend or terminate your license if you breach this EULA or the Terms. Sections 3, 4, 7, 8, and 9 survive termination.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
Integrations are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that an Integration will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with future versions of any third-party platform.
8. Limitation of liability
The limitations of liability in our Terms of Service apply to this EULA and to your use of the Integrations. Nothing in this EULA excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
9. Governing law
This EULA and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it (including non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and the dispute-resolution provisions of the Terms apply.
